As we are all going thru some difficult times, our customers, artisans and vendors who we work with in our minds, hearts and prayers.
While we are very careful with the hygiene around the Studio when organizing the items and packing orders, we are very precise outside the Studio keeping social distance, wearing gloves and mask and sanitizing ourselves and the Studio as often as it is needed. As there is a semi-curfew in Istanbul, we are not allowing any visitors in our Studio.
Even though there are some restrictions, we are still withstanding to run our business as smooth as possible. Postal services are now back in operation as well as most of the worldwide post offices are. However still expect some delays as most post offices are working under employee. The postmen may not deliver your package to your hand and leave it at the mailbox or you may have to pick it up from the post office. So please kindly keep an eye on your order. The usual estimate delivery times and policies are NOT validate during pandemic.
